Ayaz Yıldız started his photography journey in Plovdif, Bulgaria, where he was born.

In 2016, he graduated from Yıldız Technical University, specializing in the “Department of Photography and Video.” Since then, Ayaz has achieved numerous awards both in Turkey and abroad, showcasing his diverse photography projects in various exhibitions and digital as well as print editions.

Nature’s continuous transformation serves as Ayaz’s main source of inspiration. He perceives that what may seem to “disappear” actually takes on new forms, seamlessly transitioning to another state of being. Recognizing the interconnection of everything, Ayaz believes in the profound link between the past and the future.

The darkroom remains his sacred space of creativity, where Ayaz produces experimental and conceptual works by directly intervening on 35 mm film strips. Concurrently, he continues to explore digital photography, allowing his images to speak his visual language. Through his art, Ayaz aims to enhance the emotional impact of his photos, leaving a profound impression on viewers.
